**What Jewelry Size Chart Do We Follow**

When ordering life’s most precious items from us, it’s crucial to get the size exactly right. For rings, sizes can sometimes vary slightly based on country standards. Please measure the inner diameter of your ring according to our International Ring Size Chart provided below.

**Express Shipping:** For those eager to receive their jewelry sooner, we offer express shipping, which delivers within 7 to 9 business days at a cost of 30 USD.

Please note: Insured shipping is not automatically included in standard or express shipping. If you require insured shipping for added peace of mind, kindly contact us before your jewelry is dispatched.

**Returns/Exchange Policies**

**To Order Cancellations:**

– To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

– Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once placed.

– If work has already commenced on your order, a restocking/processing fee may apply.

– Orders for loose diamonds (whether listed or custom-cut, certified or non-certified) cannot be returned or canceled once placed. Detailed photos or videos of the finished item will be shared with you before shipment.

**To Returns:**

– Contact us to initiate a Return Order request.

– Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

– Please ship the package back within 7 days of receiving approval, following the provided instructions.

– It is essential to adhere to our return process; failure to do so may affect the processing of your return.

– We are not liable for any lost or customs-hold issues with your return parcel.

**Ship to an Alternate Address:**

– We provide an option to ship to an alternate address (excluding PO boxes and military addresses). Please confirm this with us before finalizing your shipment.

**PO Box and Military Address:**

– Unfortunately, we cannot ship valuable jewelry to PO boxes or military addresses. Please provide an alternative address for shipping.

**Package or Item Lost:**

– We track your parcel daily. Responsibility for your shipment passes to you once tracking confirms delivery to your address. Before delivery confirmation, we assume full responsibility.

**International Shipping Service:**

– International recipients are responsible for all customs duties and import fees. D218 Jewels cannot estimate or provide quotations for these fees.

– Shipments are handled via USPS/UPS/EMS. Tracking information becomes available 48-72 hours after shipment. Opting for express shipping ensures delivery within 7-9 business days from confirmation before shipment..

**Additional Terms and Conditions**

– If the buyer chooses to hold the shipment for any reason and subsequently the shipping courier fails to resume dispatch in a timely manner, or if the parcel is lost or damaged, D218 is not liable. We provide tracking numbers to facilitate easy monitoring by the buyer on a daily basis. In such cases, it is the receiver’s responsibility to resolve issues with the shipping courier directly.

 

– We prefer to confirm the shipping address before dispatch. Once the shipment is processed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Contact us directly for inquiries about address modifications.

– If our tracking indicates that your jewelry has been marked as shipped and the tracking number confirms delivery to your address, any claims of non-receipt must be addressed directly with your local shipping company. D218 Jewels is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged post-shipment.

– When you make a purchase online through D218, your information is protected with SSL encryption technology. SSL ensures that your credit card information remains secure and private between your browser and D218’s web servers.

**Diamond Upgrade Policy**

– Upgrades are available only for IGI/GIA Certified Lab-Grown (HPHT/CVD) diamonds.

– Diamonds eligible for upgrade must be above 1.50 carats in any shape.

– Non-certified Lab-grown diamonds are not eligible for upgrades.

– Prior notification is required before inquiring about an upgrade related to your last purchase.

– The price of the new diamond must be at least twice the price of the original diamond.

– The original diamond must be returned in its original condition with the original certificate report.

– Any damage to the original diamond or certificate may disqualify it from our upgrade program, and in such cases, we will return your diamond.

– Upgrades are not available for gemstones, settings, or jewelry items.

– Upgrade orders are not eligible for discounts, coupons, or price match requests.

– Your original diamond must be returned to us and accepted by our quality assurance department before shipping your new selection.

– If our quality assurance department rejects the diamond based on quality reasons, we will reship your diamond to you, and shipping costs and any other duties must be paid by the customer.

– We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel caused by the shipping company after it has been shipped from our facility.

– Upgrade credit does not include duties or taxes paid on the original purchase. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of the new diamond before any credit is applied.

– The Diamond Upgrade Policy is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
