This agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) between D218 (hereinafter “D218,” “us,” or “we”) and you set forth the terms and conditions which govern your use of any of the D218 or D218 sponsored websites (hereinafter, the “Sites”) and/or the services (hereinafter, the “Services”) thereon which are provided by D218.

Registration To The Site And Services

– Details upon registration. Upon registration, you shall be asked to choose a username, a password, and supply a valid and active email address, an active personal phone number, and address.

Purchasing Items On The Site

If a User orders products, such order shall be regarded as an offer, and only upon receiving the Site’s notice of acceptance (by email, internal messaging, or any other manner) shall the Purchase be regarded as final and binding.

– Merchandise Availability. We pride ourselves on providing exclusive and high-quality jewels, gems, diamonds, rings, and other items. Availability of merchandise may vary at any given time, and certain items may not be available even if they are presented online.

– Pricing. Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) and are valid and effective. Sales in any other territory may require additional payments detailed on the relevant Site pages, such as delivery fees, insurance, conversion rates, taxes, etc. Prices are subject to change at any time.

– Documentation of Diamonds. All diamonds sold by the Site are documented using third-party services and laboratories such as professional assessors.

– Site Transactions. The Site does not authorize the purchase of items for resale purposes. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, at the Site’s sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. Shipping Policy

**Time to Ship**

Most Delicate Collection and Ready to Ship orders typically ship within 3-4 business days of placing your order. If your order requires more time to ship, a Diamond Concierge from D218 will contact you within 24-48 hours.

Orders from the Strong Collection usually ship within 4-5 weeks of placing your order.

Purchases of loose diamonds are ready to ship in 3-5 business days. If additional time is needed, a Diamond Concierge from D218 will contact you within 24 hours.

Bespoke pieces, including engagement pieces, are typically ready to ship within 3-4 weeks from final design approval, depending on complexity. Most designs are approved within 1-2 weeks from the date of deposit placement. Your Diamond Concierge will notify you if your piece requires additional fabrication time.

**International Shipping**

International recipients are responsible for paying all customs duties and import fees. D218 cannot provide estimates or quotations for international import fees.

All shipments are handled via USPS/UPS/EMS. Tracking information is available 24-48 hours after the parcel is shipped, and delivery typically takes 7-9 working days.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery and cannot be left unattended. If the shipping address differs from the billing address, additional documentation may be necessary.

**Custom Orders**

If you wish to customize any jewelry from our shop, D218 is happy to accommodate your request. However, if you prefer to keep your design private and not showcase it, please inform us when placing your order. Note that there may be an additional charge for reserving the design privately.
